Lemon babies were birthed through the creative talent of author Melanie Stine-Shannon. Melanie comes from a long line of gifted individuals, the best being her Grandmother Donna. Donna was raised on a farm in Minnesota. Bringing her growing skills to sunny southern California, Melanie has witnessed years of fruits and vegetables  being grown, preserved, and culinarily served  by Grandma. One of the most amazing specimens  was her abundant lemon tree. This tree produced many hand sized citrus.

 With such glorious gifts growing around her, Melanie allowed her imagination to run freely as she began her writing debute, and thus, Lemon Baby was born.
Melanie's dream is to inspire each and every human to realize the hope the world has to offer, simply by changing the perspective the mind tends to create. We can choose to cultivate the sour or the sweet, the choice is up to the individual.
